More football woe

Ok, so Man Utd are top, but the capitulation from the start of the 2nd half was Hoddle-esque. There was no evidence again of any real tactical nous from the coaching staff from the 2nd half to get Spurs competing in a league match at home.
I think if results carry on as they are and no trophies are won, the Jol will surely be sacked. It's a shame as it seems he's a very nice bloke, but after having more money than most Spurs managers have ever spent, he hasn't got the results his big money signings have desired. 5th place season was a great achievements, but we've taken 10 steps backwards from then and look a very average side at the moment, and that's with the players we all want picked in the team.
It's all down to tactical naiveity and lack of motivation from Jol and Hughton and nothing else. If we lose our next 2 games (Sheff Utd and Fulham), then Jol is under real severe pressure.

Rob, I just have to say... you successfully (and inadvertantly) convinced my sister to LIKE soccer/football. One short spell in a Camden Irish pub with the football on the TV converted her. She said "there was just something about it"... she didn't know who was playing and what the rules were but she said she still felt excited whenever the teams went to score. Personally, I blame the hoard of sweaty, old, passionately insane fans that were yelling around us. Passion like that is infectious hey?

hmmm..... its a shame about Jol... but i reckon he is still the man.... but I agree,,, some times we have just looked totally bereft of ideas..... - some good signings.... but still to much dead wood..
Lee - shower..
Gardner.. why was davenport sold and not him..
Zokora.. - sorry not doing enough for me after some early promise...
and those lot are in the team most weeks..
when we dont have lennon we dont have a threat so it seems...... - midfield full of too many cloggers and not anough spark...
my prediction 9/10th place and no cups.. but hope Jol stays.

Jol has made many perplexing decisions which have taken their toll on me, and with our 2007 form have totally made me lose all confidence in him.
