I cannot believe how we played in the 2nd half. That 2nd half display was Jol all over, get in front then think we're good enough to protect, I've lost count how many games we've bossed from the start, got in front, then sat back and either drew or lost. Only at Man City when we were 2 up did we win, and only cause Man City were rubbish and only managed 1 in the 2nd half.
Paul Robinson can officially sod off, and I'm getting sick of Jol too. He's tactically inept! I think the turning point was Berbatov because he held the ball up and caused Senderos problems. I don't know why, irrelevant of what has happened, why Jol didn't go like for like with Mido. That game was there to be put out of sight and Jol's half time team talk was obviously the cause for the collapse.
Jol is so defensive and cautious that it's to the detriment to the team! We can kill teams by going at them and being ruthless, but Jol is so defensive, we never end up drawing at times, let alone winning!!
Am fed up with him, he's spent a fortune on players he wants, but he's not good enough to mould them into a winning team. We should be at least 5th in the league and beating Arsenal's reserves at home.
We will come 10th and win nothing. Our manager isn't good enough to turn us into winners.

Hi Rob
You may rant on about Jol but I am an Everton fan and have to watch the utter garbage that moyes puts out every week. At least you lot attack in the first half - we dont attack at all and often have 11 back in our own area. I would swop jol for moyes any day.

Rob
Yes but remember, has Moyes had the pleasure spend millions of pounds on all the players we wants? Jol has and although last season it brought a reward with 5th in the league, with even more spent last summer, we have regressed and gone back to being a soft touch away from home and too cocky at home. I think with the limited resources Moyes has had in his tenure at Everton, he has done a remarkable job. Who would do better??
