Alan Pardew sacked

Not suprising in the slightest in my opinion. West Ham were terrible against Bolton on Saturday and have generally been awful all season. He has failed to utlitize their best 2 players in the side - Tevez and Mascherano, and they have looked an easy touch all season.
Many people will argue that Magnusson the new chairman has made a very harsh and hasty decision after only 3 games in charge of West Ham, but I personally think if West Ham has any chance of staying up, they had to sack Pardew now.
I think it's the right decision, but now they have a harder one to find a decent replacement. Curbishley is the obvious front runner, but there is no guarantee he will be the man at all.
